I was satisfied with Scottsdale rd Carl’s Jr, dining was clean my local store is in Goodyear and this Carl’s Jr has the best management so far! Manager asked me to leave a review on my visit and gave me coupons, wow i had the best experience, the crew Valentina and Josue were very kind and organized my food on the tray everything was steaming hot and chicken tenders were so fresh it was not easy to eat in the beginning. Everything was delicious, bless the crew in the back everything was so good and everything fresh my guacamole burger was so juicy I enjoyed every bit. Thank you for your service, you guys did a wonderful job! I will come back guaranteed

Drive thru service is excellent. The manager and staff is always very friendly and helpful. The team is super professional and patient too I have never been treated this greatly at a fast food restaurant. They double checked my bag before giving it to me and make sure I have the sauces I requested. Definitely will come back for future meals :)

My experience at this Carls Jr was awesome and there is one person who made that possible. The night manager working on the evening of November 25th was so friendly, efficient, and polite. I ordered in the late evening using my app and went thru the drive thru to pick up. Not only did he greet me right away using my name from the app, he repeated my order to ensure everything was correct, and let me know it would be a few minutes because he wanted to make sure the meal was hot and fresh. He hand delivered that to me in the front parking lot and everything tasted incredible. After a long night of work it was so nice to be served something delicious and fresh by someone with such a friendly smile and genuine work ethic. We need more people like him everywhere! Overall, everything was perfect!
